GIRLS WITH GUNS FITNESS is a 5-week Holistic Bootcamp. Our 45 minute classes will help get you moving, breathing, eating right, and sleeping better to build total confidence in your body. All you need to do is find the time in your day to show up.

The workouts are structured around skills and attributes that help you get what you want and need.

We break these attributes down into the components of Strength, Flexibility, Cardiovascular Capabilities, Body & Mind Control & Nutrition.
