Days: Mondays - Fridays (Try to attend as many sessions as possible!)

During this training, you'll not only have the opportunity to train regularly with a group of like-minded women, but you'll get the tools to make lasting, positive lifestyle changes.

Daily Schedule - 45 minutes each (subject to change):

  • Monday - Cardio 

  • Tuesday - Elements (focus on strength, movement, posture, mobility — the things most important for real world action!) w/ 15 minute workshop

  • Wednesday - HIIT 

  • Thursday - Yoga 

  • Friday - Strengthening
