Please take the time to read and understand the conditions of booking set out below prior to attending a training cycle. We strongly recommend that you speak with us before making payment and that you understand the schedule, class styles, and physical demands of the training you are undertaking.  

1. Our contract  
All bookings are made with Girls With Guns Fitness. By booking a training with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions, Booking Form, and the Participant Waiver. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation email.. 

2. Validity Dates
Trainings are valid from the start of the selected training cycle until the given finish date. The 10 Drop-in classes are valid for 5 weeks from the start of one cycle until the specified finish date.

3. Payment Terms
You are required to pay 100% of the training cost for your training to be secured. In certain situations, your training will be reserved until payment is made with written or spoken agreement.

4. Your details
You must complete the Exercise pre-assessment & liability documents and it is advisable to share any medical or health ailments with all trainers.

5. Cancellation by the trainee
If you cancel some or all portions of your booking, cancellation fees will apply.  A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.  If you cancel the training:

• three weeks or more prior to training, we will retain 20% of the fee; 
• between three weeks prior to training and two weeks, we will retain 50% of the total booking cost; and
• One week or less prior to training, we will retain 100% of the booking.

6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel a daily training session at any time up to one hour before the sessions begins. We may cancel a training at any time prior to departure if, due to natural disasters or other external events if it is not viable for us to offer the routine schedule. If we cancel your training, you can attend another cycle’s session in the future. If no session is held within the subsequent 6 months, the fee will be refunded.

7. Booking amendments  
If you wish to transfer from one training session to another or transfer your booking to a third party, then you must notify us at least two weeks prior to training.   If you notify us less than two weeks prior to training, the refund policy applicable to cancellations will apply.  

 8. Inclusions 
The price of your training includes:
• 5x weekly, 45 minutes sessions for 5 consecutive weeks
• 1x 20-minute personal consultation or training
• 1x Pass to Switch Training Time
• 1x Pass to Bring a Friend

9. Exclusions   
• optional activities and all personal expenses
• gratuities

10. Prices
Our training prices are subject to variable and seasonal pricing and exchange rates; both of which are standard practice. Once you have received a quote the price will be locked in provided you pay the required fee. Any reduced pricing or discounts that may become available after you have paid will not apply. If you wish to cancel your booking to take advantage of a cheaper price, full cancellation conditions apply. The most up to date pricing is available on our website. Prices are based on currency exchange rates as of the date of the trip listing.

11. Age & Health Requirements
Minimum General Policy:  The minimum age is 17 at the time of training

All trainees under the age of 18 must submit written approval from a legal guardian.

Maximum General Policy: We have no upper age limit although we remind you that our trainings can be physically demanding and trainees must ensure that they are suitably fit to allow participation to the level they desire.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain proper and detailed medical advice at least two weeks prior to training for the latest health requirements and recommendations for your wellbeing.  

12. Small groups & combination groups
Our training programs are guaranteed to commence once they have reached the specified minimum group size. Some of our training sessions are designed to fit with other trainings to offer a deeper experience; this means that some attendees may be attending a drop-in class. If you would like to know how many people are booked on your training please ask prior to making your booking.  

13. Flexibility
The training schedule may occasionally require flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The schedule provided for each training cycle is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the schedules, locations, and amenities may be subject to alteration without prior notice with the group’s best interests in mind.

14. Change of Schedule
While we endeavour to operate all trainings as described, we reserve the right to change the schedule. Please refer to the private Facebook Group page for your trip for the most recent updates to your schedule.  Before training:  If we make a major change, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

After training begins:  We reserve the right to change a schedule after training begins to local circumstances, group request or events outside of our control.   

15. Appropriate behaviour
For your own safety and that of others around you, we ask that you abide by the instructions of the trainers, within reasonable consideration to your own wellbeing and physical abilities.

16. Authority to act
Our trainings are run by a certified fitness instructor. The guidance offered by the instructor is a suggestion to be taken at the trainee’s digression on all matters likely to affect the safety, comfort or well being of any person participating in the training.  .

17. Acceptance of risk
You acknowledge that participation involves a degree of physical responsibility and risk. You acknowledge that your decision to train is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks attendant upon such trainings. 

18. Limitation of liability

Girls with Guns Fitness does not accept liability for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. GWG Fitness is not responsible for any items or personal effects of any individual participating in the trainings. Participants are responsible for purchasing a health or travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with personal injury, illness, or loss of personal effects.

You will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability before the commencement of training. Refusal to sign such will result in the cancellation of your booking with no right to refund for monies paid as your refusal will be deemed to be cancellation on your part.

19. Optional activities
Optional activities not included in the trip price do not form part of the training or this contract. You accept that any assistance given by your trainer in additional, optional activities does not render us liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and activity provider.   

20. Claims & complaints
If you have a complaint about your training, please inform your trainer or email to at the time, in order that we can attempt to rectify the matter. If satisfaction is not reached through these means then any further complaint should be put in writing to us within 30 days of the end of the training.  

21. Severability
In the event that any term or condition contained in these Booking Conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding. 

22. Photos and marketing
You consent to us using images of you taken during the training for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose.  You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.  

23. Privacy policy
Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a training or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. We will otherwise respect your privacy and not share your details with any third parties.

24. Updating of Terms & Conditions
GWG Fitness reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time, and it is the Client’s responsibility to be familiar with them. The latest Terms & Conditions can always be found on our website ( and will supersede any previous versions, including those agreed to at the time of booking.
